I've heard of techniques to figure out if LE is intercepting
mail, however I'm unsure if this is concrete evidence

do not accept any hand made deliveries.

Be observant

Practice good opsec (no windows, PGP, no logs)

Deny, Deny, Deny (no clue, no idea, a package?! - im not expecting anything...?)

You can always submit a freedom of info request and see if you notice
anything extra - unsure if this ads to the problem or not though.

In my experience you generally know if the DEA is on you about 3 seconds after they bust down your front door.

The best thing you can do is get a good drop, the less they know the better.

If a friend get popped take a break (6+ months)

Keep a full time job and don't drive with anything that isn't hidden behind 3 or more screws in your car.

I'm nearing more years in the trap than
not, and the DEA (along with local task forces they're RARELY alone)
have kicked down my door.

This is all terrible advice.

They don't necessarily hand you the package anymore, or even ask for a
signature. Last several I've been reading about were just dropped like
normal in tbe mail box

Also, the only word out of your mouth ought to be "Lawyer"

Don't deny or confirm, don't say SHIT except "LAWYER"

At least you're right about no windows part

And always have a dash cam when you drive.

If pulled over, don't answer questions. Politely assert your right to
refuse to answer anything. "Do you know why I pulled you over?" correct
answer - "I'm sorry but I don't answer LE questions without my attorney
present. Am I free to go or am I being detained?"

Free to go? Gtfo immediately. At that point you're you absolutely don't
need to hang around!. Detained? Ask them what crime they suspect you've
committed, and why they would suspect you of that.

If they can't give a clear explanation to that, that's gonna work in
your favor even if they do bust you. When you ask them on camera, it
locks them into their story so they can't tell a completely different
narrative later on in their report..

"Step out of the car" - calmly, hands not in your pockets, but firmly,
say with conviction in hour voice "I don't consent to any searches or
seizures"

That way when they do a pat down, the legality of them digging in your
pockets is easier to challenge. DO NOT stay silent if they're about to
pat you down. scotus ruled that by not resisting a pat down, you're
giving them implied consent, so DEFINITELY make them aware you DON'T
CONSENT to what they're doing

For the mail, just order something on
ebay from southern California and see if it gets stuck anywhere and if
it shows up late with holes in tue packaging.
