the safest is just do not use any of the identities you used on this windows machine..
just delete everything and start off new with Tails or any other privacy focused OS..

the eyes of the feds. Stop using windows it is most blaoted spyware on
the planet and it will take away any and all privacy you think you have
in every regard. but for darkweb use tails from a usb like everyone is

Using Windows doesn't make it so you're
going to be caught instantly. It just means it leaves a bigger trace
than tails or just a linux setup.
If the feds are at your door they are probably there because you fucked up somewhere else.
Do you use disk-encryption? if so no need to destroy you could just reinstall.

format your laptop and erase everything
- never ever use Darknet on anything other than the Tails USB

You must move country immediately and swallow your sim card
1 remove hard drive. Get a drill and make a hole in the hard drive with it.
