It’s a scam just stay away with it and I will call a scam a “scam” even if it’s a escrow website the owner can scam you and the vendors their are offering service of this world.

Can you give some advice on how to tell scammers apart from legit services.. is there any similar site that is legit?
Stick to /d/Quickescrow that's the only legit escrow service I know of that people use around here.
