Telegram without a mobile number

Hi all, given that the creation and usage of a Telegram account requires a mobile #, how do we bypass this?

I read somewhere about onlinesim.io but the site doesn't seem to be available anymore;

Don`t use Telegram!! They now give Cops all your info!! Finland hundreds have been arrested! I mean ALL info ip, phone, and ALL messages. Secret Chat is no secret ..They have all your text in cloud. Cops can today have user info by just making a phone call. Tele is gone.

Btw. All Sim card`s you have been using in same phone are stored and it`s your Phone imei code that can lead cops to you.
