You know https://en.psychonautwiki.org/wiki/Psychonaut? I mean it's clear web but pretty much as much info as you could ever want on psychoactive substances. Appreciate it's more about scientific(ish) information. IDK if I know any others based on what you've listed but following as also curious
There was "JustAnotherLibrary" and some of their stuff was alright (well, minus other "stuff" that you and I wouldn't be that much into). Sadly it's offline now (for some reason, I barely know).
