Differences between EU and US on shipping

Hello everyone, I was curious about how law enforcement services act around shipping within the European Union, because the Bible is mostly oriented toward the US on this section.

Here are some questions I have :

How strong is the package checking for orders within EU (excluding Netherlands)?

What are the major differences with Controlled Delivery, Monitored Delivery, Love Letters?

Are there any other methods that European LE use that I should be aware of?

Is it tolerable to set a relay point, such as a nearby store or a locker, or should I avoid it?

I personally don't plan on getting drugs so my risks are lower, but it still might interest EU people who do.

If you have any advice to share a little new one, I'll gladly listen.
