So I'm not new to DNMs but it's been a few years and I'm new to drughub. I made an order, vendor accepted, and order status is still accepted. I received the goods over a week ago now and I can't figure out how to finalize the order? Am I missing something with this website? I tried clicking the button "Release Escrow" but it gives me an error saying "Order cannot be released at this point." I messaged the vendor but apparently he hasn't read it. That was nearly a week ago. Will it just auto finalize at some point? I dont see a date anywhere
The vendor needs to mark the order as Shipped/Processed in order for you to finalize.
The vendor needs to process the order before it can be finalized. Send them a message through the order and let them know to process the order so you can finalize it.
Technically speaking, if he doesn't change his status, he won't be able to get paid.

It's good netiquette to just drop them a little message asking them to accept the order, so that you can then release the funds.
