Read the fine print on these clearnet sites offering modafinil. Some of these sites mention that their product is not meant for human consumption, using the old excuse that those who used to sell unscheduled rcs used.

Truth be told however modafinil is a schedule 4 drug in the US, same as benzos!!! Modafinil might not be a scheduled product in the countries it is being shipped from.

modafinil is basically treated like viagra seizure in the us RARELY does it result in conviction unless you ordered a literal boatload

US customs, in the US it's a controlled substance (IV) but not in India where the site I ordered it from gets it. I also can't really believe I got a seizure letter.
