Guest account on drughub/cant access order

So I accidentally logged in to drughub using the login function under the "Guest" tab. I already have a regular account I use but I was in the middle of a stressful arguement and didnt see the usual login button was still there on the left.

When i went to log back in after placing an order (sent xmr to specified address in exact amount) but because i still hadnt noticed that the guest function (where you have to give yourself a temporary name) was not some new way of logging in and just me using a temp account.

problem is, when i went to log back in, each time it tells you the previous name you chose is now taken (by me, last login i guess) so choose a new one.

This means the order i made and paid for, I cannot access and the vendor never received order, even when given all details.

I know the payment went through, i cannot log a ticket as there is no order on my regular account and when i placed a ticket for a general problem, the bot instantly shut it down so i have no way of contacting support and dm'ing on here hasn't helped so far.

Does anyone know how to access the temp guest acounts, especially when because it keeps logging me out, over the course of making an order I made 7 new guest accounts.

the one account that has my order on it i would assume would have just had my order sent but vendor can't see a thing from that time, product or price so what are my options.

it's literally my only money and my meds and my mental health cannot really deal with this right now.

Am wondering if once a guest account is created and it logs you out after how ever many minutes, at that point I could have used the traditional login button, which id still not noticed, with the previous guest credentials and that would have logged me in.

Do i have a time limit on revisting guest accounts ive created?

I didnt note the diffent temp names i came up with but i know the general type of word combos i was using.

Will try a load of attempts at different possible names I could have used.

Sounds like you got phished. There’s no way to order on DH without logging in. There’s no guest accounts. You need to login using your pgp public key. Hope it wasn’t a big order. Always get your links off /d/drughub or daunt.

Thanks mate, sure I'd used that link before. weird, yeh usually im more careful-was in middle of a big arguement and couldn't think straight. Guess it's gonna be a hard month, medical herbs was needed so they were.

will do, ill make sure to give myself the space to think and take my time, i usually just stick to direct deals these days but that was the last of my funds to medicate both me and my gf and we really not getting on to well as it is gulp.
