Order was processed 4 days ago and still the shipping lable still hasn't been created

I've ordered from this vendor 10+ times. Almost every time the order is processed, shipping labels created the same day. I've messaged them and no answer. Their a very known vendor with 400+ orders open at any given time, so i know their busy. I'm not sure what to do.
