I recently made my first ever order on DrugHub. I'm not familiar with the user interface or process at all. It's moving slow. Help would be appreciated.
The status is "Escrow - New" and "paid on" shows a date a few days ago, so I presume I did that side of things fine. The "order chat" shows my encrypted order details (address) shown with the tag "Not seen" at the bottom. When I click on the vendor profile they show as Active.
My interpretation is that I've done my side of things, and the vendor is sitting on their hands for whatever reason before accepting and shipping. Is this correct? Is this normal? Or does New mean it is stuck at the payment stage and so hasn't progressed to the vendor, and that's what Accepted means?
I could cancel now, but if it's something I messed up the next order would have the same issue. I presume the escrow counter only starts when the order is accepted, so I don't need to worry about the AF timer? I messaged the vendor but just got the message "Please wait for the other party to read your previous message."

At this stage you just have to wait for the vendor to ship the pack, you done everything at your end. Funds are safely in escrow and the timer will start only if the vendor marks the order as Processed, which on DH means shipped.

It means that the vendor hasn't seen the message nor accepted the order. Accepted meant that the vendor has seen the order, then processed means it has been shipped. I recommend waiting for a few more days and see what happens. Especially if the vendor is really busy. Hope this helps.
You're fine. Not seen just means they haven't looked at your order message yet. WHen they accept it it will be marked as seen. Wait a couple days, vendor may be backed up with open orders.
