Hey I was wondering how should I rate a vendors order if it never arrived?
1/5 stars, but first dispute, seek to resolve privately, if that fails, name and shame.
The options are to extend or dispute before the escrow timer expires. IF the escrow expired, then still reach out to the vendor and see if a solution can be found. If not then consider leaving feedback. Once you leave feedback its not possible to change it later, so make sure you exhausted every avenue possible before leaving that neg as in most cases a vendor will refuse to help you if you leave a neg before contact.
