What Email provider should i use for tracking orders

hi

i´ve been browsing through this forum a lot lately and one question is still bothering me.

i´m really not sure wich email provider i should use if i want/have to track an order. seller is saying i should provide email to get tracking. seller is really trustfull and we worked together before.

in general the whole email topic overwhelms me in some way. i´ve so far been using proton but i'd like to change. .onion providers are requiering java or are down for me.
