I made my first order 8 days ago from a domestic vendor in europe on drughub, a small personal amount of speed. It was processed the same day as I made the order. The vendor's profile says orders are shipped the next day but so far the order is still only processed and I recieved no tracking number or update. I asked the vendor for an update 3 days ago which still hasn't been read by the vendor and they were online all past 3 days. They are still finalizing more sales too everyday so they're still functioning.
Also on their profile their average shipped speed was the lowest rated metric but still over 90%. Anyone with similar prior experiences? How should I go about this order forward and how do I make sure I choose a more hasty vendor for next time?
Most vendors do not share tracking for opsec reasons. If the order has been shipped then give it time to arrive. Keeping a close look at the escrow countdown timer. Once it get close to expiry new options will show up and its up to you to take action or the escrow with finalize and the trade will be over.
If you are already at this stage then you will see 2 new options, Extend AF or Dispute. Personally I would extend first and give the item more time to arrive. If it does not arrive then you can dispute.
For next time, If in the US then sign up for Informed Delivery. USPS will notify you of incoming packs so no tracking number is required.

90% vendors mark order processed but in fact they only ship with 24/48/72 hours
hey for domestic orders that use priority shipping, what is the longest you had to wait for a pack? if its been over a week (priority from usps is like 3-5 days) are we assuming something happened to the package or how long do you normally wait until you start disputing ect...
also if a vendor has tons of orders, but like 400 open orders, bunch of disputes lost, is that a huge red flag for the vendor even though the vendor has like 5000 slaes on DH? thanks for input MOD!!!
