I had went to purchase a product and it was in the car and I went back to send the XMR and as soon as I had sent the XMR out drug Hub had taken the item out of my cart but still had the invoice up in the amount that I owed this is my was my first time using this and it was a decent size purchase 800 and I sat and waited and the money never hit but I absolutely used the address that they gave me could somebody please let me know what happened and how to fix this and if there is any way to get my money back
You used a phishing link and gave your money to a scammer. Always get links from the market sub /d/drughub and pgp verify that link every time. Also pgp verify the monero address. Both of which you didn't do and now you are out a lot of money. It's not the market's fault.
That happened to me the first time I ordered by myself when I younger. I learned to double check everything before I actually send it.
