1. there are more seizures recently, reason unknown
2. there are a LOT of delays in picking up and shipping pkgs recently

There's more seizures because there's more packs being sent. The dark web has kinda blown up these past 6 months.
Nah it's been a influx of dorks getting scammed but also learning about the darkweb
i dont think its just that, i think usps has expanded the anp program to screen packages to see if they contain shit.
