Pgp is usually the most difficult process for people to learn. Its also one of the most important parts of keeping you safe, so you must learn this. But once you get the hang of it youll realize its super easy. I learned how to do it by watching a youtube video. What part of it are you having issues with? Do you have the software installed like kleopatra?

You need better "whits" if you're going to order illegal things online. Just go download kleopatra and use your favorite search engine to find a kleopatra tutorial. There are several of them online that walk you through how to do it step by step.
