normally i give them two weeks if no update i dispute.

I messaged the vendor about it a few days ago and they said they could offer a 25% refund or 50 % reship if it doesn't arrive within 30 days but by 30 days the timer will be finished

If the order does not arrive by then, i would dispute, and attempt a full refund.
