hi, been trying to sort out an order with ukpingu on DH, i would use this as a warning for anyone buying from them. I was sent 5g when i ordered 56g, they asked for proof and I sent it and they said it is 'not enough proof' and offered a 50% refund.
should i accept this? or should i dispute ?
Did you weigh and photograph the innermost package before opening it?
The difference is clear between 5 and 56 so show it as proof that without having touched or tampered with it the weight shows a large discrepancy

Next time I advise you to weigh it when closed, clearly showing that it has not been touched.
Even then you don't have a guarantee but it's a more sustainable proof

If you purchased your package from an international seller, the weight declared by customs should be indicated on the label. If the package originates from your country, only tracked packages should display the weight.

From experience, if you knew how many customers try to scam sellers with stories like yours, I believe you. But it's difficult to filter out customers who try to avoid paying, those who make real mistakes, or those who are employees who might have made an error or want extra money and therefore steal from customers' bags before shipping. I assure you, it's a constant stream of messages like this when you sell on market. Some people operate like this in their lives, generally always trying to get refunds. Online orders are one of the biggest scourges for Amazon, especially after several days or weeks on the dark web where no trace should be left. It's frustrating, but they gave you 50%, which is still good.
I wouldn't even bother mate here is not the placing for pissing about weight look at it like this if they mess about like that find someone else.. if anything it is usually over if anything bruv

I chose to refund you half. We are sure we packaged 56g. Still you left us a bad review and seem to be unprofessional. The vacuum bag clearly showed there was more than 5g in it :). But thanks, we learnt a lesson to be careful for guys like you now!
