dumb question about shipping adress

i dont think this adresses my question. if it arrives and i dont take it imidiately, where do i take it from since i just put my adress and nothing more?

It's literally the same as any other package you would order. Format the info as asked, typically it's the standard format for mail. Then you just wait for your mail person to bring you your mail. If you have a mail monitoring service where you live, you can sign up for that to track the package or get the tracking from the vendor sometimes (usually after 5 days at minimum).

It's the same process as if you were buying a water filter online.

I'm assuming you are asking because you live in a private building where delivery people cant access it without a code, so if you have a P.O. box in your building and the package you ordered isn't overly big, it will be most likely be shoved in there, otherwise it might be just be placed in front of your door if the delivery person gets access inside.

If you just want a track #, some vendors will send it to you once the order is shipped, others might offer it to you after 5/7 days without the order arriving and others might not offer tracking at all, for that info you should just check the description / ToS of the seller or product.

Your mailbox? I don't understand. Do you live somewhere that you can only receive mail at if you're they're to collect it? Buy a mailbox somewhere and use that or be home when your mail typically arrives starting on day 3 and do that until you receive it.

Have you literally never ordered anything online in your life? It's just gonna sit in the same place your past(non-darkweb) orders have, it's no different then any other package

can you just imagine an apartament building in which you can enter only if you live there? it does not have a mail box and i cant just buy and place one myself.

for all the orders in the past i was simply called on my phone when the delivery arrived.

Oh I see. Most people dont have situations like that. So what if every single person in the building had a package thta day, would he really jjst sit there and clal every single person, and what if no one answers, theres no where to leave it? That sound slike a dumb system. But i think your going to have to have a talk with the mailman or apt building and just explain sometimes yoh order things and theres no where to put your number. Sometimes friends send you shit as a surprise, you need a designsted spot like a mailbox/mailroom to pick up packs.

Bro...Just sign up for informed delivery on the usps site. That will tell you what mail is coming to you, what packages are being delivered, and on what day. Easy!! Then you'll know what day to get your stuff.

so you have never ordered anything online before?, where do you receive your letters? i also used to live in a private building and most of the time the mailman have access to such places, because your apartment is supposed to have specific mailbox for your apartment number. Or if it doesnt fit they leave it on your door or in the front desk. The USPS mailman never call anybody to pick up their packages, nor does amazon. Get ID or something and that way you'll know when your order will be arriving or better dont order anything since your building is the only building where the mailman call everybody who needs to receive a letter or packages.

If you finally make it, buy some stimulants, man. The package is delivered by your country's official postal service. The equivalent of La Poste (in France), Deutsche Post (in Germany), or PostNL (in the Netherlands). Delivery will be like any other mail; check the procedures for sending packages and mail in your country. You receive mail just like everyone else.
