First time ordering. Concerns about processing time

Forgive me if this question has been asked and answered already. I am pretty green but have taken the time to be thoroughly researched.
I placed my first order on drughub two days ago from a vendor who claims "All orders are processed within 24 hours, GUARANTEED. All orders are shipped the same day, excluding weekends."
It's been over 24 hours since my order was placed, and the status is still "Escrow - New" and my encrypted order chat is still "Not seen." When I read that something is "GUARANTEED" I kind of expect it be guaranteed? I might just be inexperienced, so please enlighten me - are these promised processing times thrown out the window on the weekends? I would think that order traffic is higher on the weekends and that vendors still work on the weekends. It does say orders shipped the same day "excluding weekends," but I understood that to be for shipping as opposed to processing it. Do I have any reason for concern or am I just having first-timer anxiety?

Its the weekend. Do not expect order status to change on non shipping days. Check back Monday evening you and you should see the order status change to 'processed' which will mean its in the mail system on its way.
It's the weekend man, I'd also recommend you down the USPS app for Informed Delivery, it's awesome.
I just tried downloading it and signing up for informed delivery, but apparently my address is ineligible for informed delivery xD. Oh well
Shippings are usually in business days, and since its the weekend dont expect anything much.
Give it time, these things happen. They could've partied hard this weekend and need a day to recoup. As long as it's a reputable vendor with a good number of orders processed you'll be fine. Happens to the best of them.
UPDATE: Turns out everyone was right and I had nothing to worry about! Order was placed Friday night 6/26 and landed 7/2.
