I am relatively new to DH. I've successfully placed and received two orders. I placed an additional two before going away for three weeks knowing I should arrive home to my orders. One order was a total no show from a vendor I previously had to badger to send. The other was the incorrect product. Both of these are now no longer available for "Extend AF time" or "Dispute" so my only option seems to be to leave a negative review which doesn't seem like it would do much in the ocean of suspiciously good reviews. I messaged the sellers but here are my questions:
- When does the dispute window close?
- When does the "Extend AF time" close?
- When does the review window close?
- Does Finalized mean that the funds have been released, the initial process is complete in placing the order or that the vendor has marked it complete?
- How many shady vendors have managed to maintain seemingly low lost dispute rates just because of stalling and thus we cannot trust those stats?

Search the vendors name on tforum first! DNM reviews can and have been padded. tforum is more difficult to do such.
