How long does a vendor typically respond when you have your payment confirmed? When do we release escrow? What happens if the vendor never looks at the order?

HOw long typically does a vendor reply to a purchase request after payment is confirmed?

Why do some vendors state they are Finalize Early, but some listings are EScrow?

What happens if the vendor doesn't want to fulfill the order, do we cancel the order? Where does our funds go that was in escrow?

Is there a basic crash course tutorial somewhere?

WHy do some vendors have private websites posted here, isn't it unsafe to go directly to them versus a marketplace?

If a vendor does not accept your order, or you cancel, you get refunded.

Vendors generally ship Monday - Friday. Daily cut off time may be shown on the vendors profile, otherwise it could be 1-2 days before it ships. Some ship same day, depends on workload.

FE means the vendor gets paid before shipping, your funds are not protected by the markets escrow holds. Only purchase FE if you have extensive history with the vendor, otherwise always opt for the Escrow option. FE vendors may list Escrow listings alongside FE listings.

thanks for the reply! so the fund gets sent back to our original wallet from escrow? this vendor is like a top rated vendor but he has no reviews and very obscure mentions on tforum, you really have to dig. I just want to cancel the order, there shouldn't be issues right? THe vendor never replie or seen my messages yet. do you have any recommendations for good ketamin venodrs?

No the funds would go to an on-market wallet for use with your next purchase on that market. If the vendor has not yet accepted the order then just cancel. If the vendor accepted/shipped the order, then you will have to dispute for a chance to get a refund, this way takes a couple weeks to resolve.

Who is the "we" you are referring to? I noticed you say that in other posts as well. Are you talking about yourself and your LE buddies?
