New Market in the works – Infrastructure OPSEC review request

Hey,

I'm in the advanced planning stages of launching a new DN market. Before I go any further, I want to make sure my infrastructure is as bulletproof as possible from a technical standpoint.

I have a formal background in cybersecurity (offensive/defensive, network security, hardening, etc.). That said, I'm fully aware that theory and real-world DN OPSEC are two very different things. I don't have any existing vendor contacts, so I'm reaching out here for peer review and constructive criticism.

What I'm looking for:

Experienced vendors or former market admins who can point out blind spots I might be missing.

Feedback on infrastructure design (hosting, routing, isolation, data storage, crypto handling).

Red flags that might not be obvious to someone coming from a corporate security mindset.

I'm not looking for:

Basic advice like "use Tor" or "don't dox yourself" – I've got that covered.

If you're an established vendor and want to discuss potential partnership down the line, feel free to DM me – but please only if you have a solid track record. I'm not rushing this.

What I can offer in return (once things are live):

Competitive fees.

Serious focus on vendor anonymity and transaction privacy.

A market built with security as the first priority, not an afterthought.

To keep this useful for everyone, I'd prefer public answers in this thread so the whole community can benefit. DM me only if you have specific operational concerns you don't want to post publicly.

Thanks in advance for any honest feedback – positive or negative. I know the DN space is harsh, and I'd rather get roasted here than make a mistake later.

Stay safe.

Your post shows that you can't be an admin of a marketplace. Have you ever seen the admins of DrugHub, Torzon, or any other truly successful marketplaces ask on a

forum how to operate their market?

Visit them instead /d/newmarkets

You will see the total number of failures, take the time to read the comments carefully, especially try the market links, you will see that most do not work, you will save time and money.

Keep in mind that admins in other markets are technically competing against each other and attacking each other with DDoS attacks like a global war. It's like if Trump called Iran and asked for help with military technology.

Example of a post like yours and the total failure of people too high on coke or who discovered Codex

/d/arcademarket

/u/high_waymarket

/u/torhubmarket

All posts less than one month old will soon be added to the monumental failures list.
