I recently recieved a love letter for an international order. If i were to open a private mailbox, or order to a different address under the same name would I likely be fine? This vendor uses great stealth, am looking to only order domestic from now

Nobody could know to be fair as it depend,as they could redflag your address or your name, or your phone number,or your email,or all of it,
but usually redflag a name is not really possible as they many people with the name you put,
so should be fine,maybe use the same name but write in in a different way, for example instead of James Bond, put MR J.Bond

I bought Etiz on the clearnet in 2019 naively thinking "oh its not technically illegal" and got a love letter. About a few months to 2 years later(I dont remember how long) I ordered Lucy on an old DNM and got it with no problems.
If you are in the U.S, Customs isnt going to investigate a prohibited goods case unless it was bulk or some type of fraud is occuring. They aren't going to waste resources tracking personal amounts down; Just destroy and move on. Customs and USPS work closely together although i suspect in more of a "Here's international packages, now deliver it domestically" type of relationship as USPS and Customs have their own seperate inspectors(why its more of a risk buying international more eyes on packages).
But the truth is no one knows for sure, maybe I got lucky, my advice would be to use something else for a few months/years then maybe revisit the address.

Just the address...I got a love letter from NY for some Ket i got sent in from amsterdam becfore i knew that that was the thing you DONT DO...Like seriously i had 6/15 international orders land over the first 30 orders i made. Once i realized the US cant fuck with your mail i had 3/300 packs that didnt land...but anyways yes the address is burned for international orders forsure but i had orders go to the same location in my name after that and never had an issue...The internationsl orders i always used an old residents name....hope that helps

"Burned addresses" are bullshit.
I had a large order of a controlled substance seized and received a US Customs love letter a few days after.
Meanwhile I already had multiple packs in transit to the same address. From the same source country. They arrived in customs days after the seizure.
Every pack quickly passed customs and was delivered.
