Just pointing out, it's not that they haven't been shipped...the orders haven't been accepted.

Your intuition isnt far off. If you are going to be placing orders on the market on a semi consistent basis, I highly recommend you ironing these questions you have for the Vendor BEFORE sending them money/ placing an order. The Vendors worth doing business with will give you a reply, though it will be short. Remember, less is more when it comes to communication on any market and you only want to say what is necessary to get your point/information across.. Also, I dont want it to seem like I am discouraging the asking of questions. Your question is valid and is an issue many newbies (including myself, once upon a time) deal with. I am only saying that with a little effort and time, the search bar will be your best friend and most questions you have are already answered many, many times over.

As far as your current situation, I would send the vendor another message and wait AT LEAST 2 weeks or so from the time you placed order. If you have not received anything, file a dispute. Good luck!

two separate vendors.

one domestic, one not.

both not accepted yet.

It's normal to expect a bit of a delay in acceptance of weekend orders. Check to see when they last logged in, if they've been on and haven't accepted you can just cancel and order with someone else.

i guess ill wait one more day and then cancel after that.

I personally cancel after 24 hours. I'm ok, with an order being accepted quickly and not moving for a couple of days because vendors need to make adjustments for OpSec and those things aren't publicized for obvious reasons. But homie don't play the "login but not accept" game.
