Burner is easy. Go to Walmart with cash, buy phone, activate, get number, verify PayPal

FCC wants ID to activate all phones now. Resist while we still can. Assume VOIP will also get required to verify ID to make account, for US IPs. TextMe used to just ask for Email code verify, now wants ID Scan. It's too far, time to move to North Sentenial Island and give up on government-society.
