I got a love letter from police a few months ago for some stuff that i ordered they probably got it from a vendor who got caught but then they dropped it cuz of lack of evidence also just a few days before the letter i received a package too now i wanna order some pills domestic now is my address burned? or can i still order them? how risky is it compared to before also none of my orders got seized

You should test order a small amount - what amount is "safe" to order without being raided depends on your country but definitely only a personal amount. Be prepared to lose that order if it does get seized.

You gotta consider that postal inspection service does not have unlimited funds and manpower to monitor every single address all the time. If there was a lack of evidence then I would doubt they'd keep watching you.
