I have recently made a number of orders (from a marketplace which will not be named) and selected multiple shipping methods. Most of my orders were placed 6 days ago and none have arrived yet, plus my Informed Delivery on USPS does not show any packages in transit to my place.
What are the typical delivery timelines for orders utilizing each of the following methods:
1) USPS Express -- it said "1-3 days" on purchasing page on marketplace
2) USPS Priority -- it said "3-5 days"
3) FedEx w/ phone number [I know this will not appear on my USPS informed delivery]
I have reached out to the vendors who say something in their bio like "...you can contact me after X days after your package has been marked in transit", but I haven't heard anything back. My orders are in escrow for another 2 weeks, but I'm a little worried why NONE of my orders are appearing in Informed Delivery and none have been delivered despite an entire week of waiting for t2d delivery.
Do you know of any other ways to track your package other than Informed Delivery?
Any insight/feedback would be greatly appreciated!
I am new too but did you verify the vendors by doing som common reasearch or making a Post before buying
I read through the reviews on that marketplace, but didn't know about tforum until after the fact. If these vendors happen to be scams, it'll be a quick "fuck me" and then I'll utilize the highly recommended vendors moving forward. The main purpose of my post is to get an idea of how long people typically wait before the think something is up. Like do most people wait an entire business week (M-F) and not worry? Or do most people expect to see something in informed delivery within a day or two of whenever it is marked as "in transit" on the marketplace?

6 days from acceptance is a standard wait these days, unless vendor promises a certain time frame. Think you'll begin to see a few orders on ID starting monday and Tuesday at latest.

putting multiple orders at the same time is a really dumb idea you should really read the dnm bible
Not all at once. I made 3 orders on Sunday, 1 order Monday. No progress with any of them so went to another market and placed 2 orders there. But thanks for sharing! I appreciate it! I suppose if Wednesday comes and still no word, I'll reach out to vendors again and see what's up.
Thank you for recommending this - I have started it, but I'm a very slow reader! To be clear though they weren't all to the same address. I own multiple properties in a few towns in the area and receive mail to all of them, so it's not like one address is suddenly going to be getting 6 packages.
i have an order out rn too thay isnt in informed delivery but i asked why is it not their he said it wont appear their but hes tracking it .it will be here tues/wednesdaywonder why some packs arent marked in ID
Good question -- my GUESSES are that one of the following is the reason: (1) Not using USPS, some vendors say they use multiple shipping companies; (2) The shipping label wasn't created online, so it may be sitting in a blue box waiting for pickup and then once it's scanned it will appear; (3) the address is wrong - a few years ago, one of my vendors accidentally shipped my order to someone else and I received theirs - if they mix up shipping labels and the other order is quicker to get out than yours is, then that may be the reason?
