I have bought from DNM before, and have recevied my packages no problem.
I have just gotten back into DNM and made a order for some ket. Problem is i have not recived it yet, and it has been a month since seller shipped it.
Its from a neighboring EU country so shipment should not take that long. Vendor has good reviews and i have been in contact with them about it not arriving yet, where vendor says that there maybe are so delays. I have not recived a love letter.
So what should i do now?
And would it be safe to order a new package since i have not recived a love letter?
Since its been a month i would move forward with the dispute process. I would wait another few weeks but consider the address burned for now. I am not sure if things are handled differently in the EU than US as far as stuff like this goes

I am in similar situation. Order did not arrive in three weeks. EU to EU, goes through 3 countries. No tracking. Have not got any love letter or something like that. Reship possible. Can I accept the reship? How long should I wait if my adress is burned like this. Can I order to the same adress after some time?
Same here, more than a month for two packages EU to EU from neighbouring countries. Nothing has arrived yet. Will try ordering domestic, because it looks like international won't be arriving at all. Vendor said there where some delays and to wait 4 more days, but still, I opened a dispute for both orders because he didn't provide any tracking.
