Order was auto-finalized but package didn't arrive. The vendor says they will send tracking number in 2 days and say "text me"

The purpose of Escrow is to protect users coin when an issues arises with their order. Once you let the order finalize you forfeit the ability to dispute issues with the order or get your coin back. The only options you have after letting the order finalize is to either work with the vendor directly and hope they resolve the issue or leave negative feedback on the market.

If it's already auto finalized then all you can do is wait & stay on good terms with the vendor & if not received consider the money gone for been dumb

You have no options, no. If you have been scammed as your situation suggests, your money is gone. If you have any luck, you'll still receive your order or the vendor might kindly reship if they're not a scammer.

And that is why you shouldn't let orders AF. Always extend AF as soon as the option becomes available, and only finalize manually once you've received the product.

Edit: I see people mention a site called "17track" in the US for checking tracking. Never used it myself so that's all I know. I assume you'd need to go to that site in Tor browser.

for people saying dont letter orders AF, sometimes its just not your fault. there have been plenty of times where my order AF'd soley bc the platforms were being super fucking difficult and it was impossible to log in or access the site. I would be sitting on my laptop for 12 hours just trying to get a link to work and none do. Dark matter was a shit show at one point bc none of the links would work and it was sooooo slow and then it would force me to do the all the puzzles and dumb accessing games. drughhub has been a pain bc sometimes the page would 403 error on me

when they give you a USPS tracking, there are two ways to do it safely

1 way, is log in to your informed delivery and just look at the list of packages you have inbound. match the tracking they give u to the tracking that shows up in your informed delivery. this way, there is no suspicion bc u are simply looking at packages that appear in your account, you are not searching it up yourself, or making it look like you know who or what the package is. I live in a house with 4 housemates, my informed delivery shows every package being sent to my address, regardless of the name on the package. so very easily u can deny ownership of the package or can even claim someone accidentally sent it to your address and your simply checking the list of packages USPS is giving you. paypal and gmail actually both will send notifications of all USPS packages sent to your address so again, it all just appears you are checking notifications sent to you personally bc you live at that address. i have always put a fake name on my orders and check by looking at the usps emails for informed delivery

2. the next option is use TOR, use VPN, use any security measure possible, like duckduckgo or brave search engine, and use a public wifi, like go to mcdonalds, the public library, and take the tracking number they give you an simply search on usps tracking. this way u can check it directly without having to make an informed delivery account or log in to anything. its completely anonymous but slightly riskier bc if they track the IP or identity of the individual searching the tracking number, they can get your info if you dont properly use opsec measures

in a lot of cases, you are just facing anxiety. give it at least 7 full days, you have already FE'd and you can;t do anything about it. wait for the vendor to send tracking info, if he does it and u can track ur package bingo youre good. to ease your anxiety check his store reviews, guess whether he is a selective scammer based off bad reviews. most times USPS is the problem. most vendors create usps tracking labels via online clip n ship ehub or some online usps label maker. they then tape their label on the packages and run across town dropping them into blue usps bins, where there is no way to track who dropped offf the packages. as a result of the packages not being dropped off directly to USPS postal offices, you are at the mercy of USPS trucks going around picking up outbound mail people will drop in the bins. this can be fast or slow as fuck. patience is key

if all fails, he does not respond to messages or giving you tracking, then you can write a terrible review, and submit a report to the admins of the platform you use, so they know this vendor has engaged in fraudulent behavior, so that it can lead to them being banned or getting warnings for future sales. you may lose your money, but it will help others not get scammed in the future.

you can also hope to work with the vendor directly, if your package doesnt come. many times vendors have reshipped for me or sent me a refund to my wallets. if you have a good vendor, then you have nothing to worry about. if you made the risk of choosing a cheap and new vendor, and you let it AF< then that is on you and its lesson learned. i have been buying off the web for 5 years now and have learned many lessons and lost thousands.

the best way to try and contact the vendor is keep sending messages in your order form itself, as many as possible until the vendor responds. and you can also send a message via the product itself on the platform you use. so you click the product and it will probably have a contact vendor area so you can ask questions before actually buying the product, look the vendor up on tforum and see if he has a forum or a personal account you can DM. Check all the ways possible to reach out, but make sure to NOT BE PUSHY> be nice and act chill, no vendor likes a pushy and annoying customer and they will be slow or not help you if they feel annoyed especially if they already have ur money and everything is in their hands.

WAIT TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW, wait at least 2 full weeks before giving up and writing a bad review. most times USPS is the issue and ur pack arrives. vendors will ban you and be pissed if u write a bad review and then BAM ur order shows up.
