Requried signature when vendor said no signature required!!

most likely thing is that law enforcement found the drugs and want to get proof that you ordered it so they left the card telling you to come get your package

I would say the *only* reason you would require a signature from an overseas delivery would be if you used the "express" shipping option.

Regardless, its still a bit sketch and another reason to always order domestic when possible.

Heres what I would do, first, YOUR VENDOR IS BEING SKETCHY, ANY GOOD VENDOR SHOULD BE ABLE TO ANSWER A SIMPLE YES OR NO ABOUT THE SIGNATURE. I WOULD ASSUME POSSIBLE VENDOR COMPROMISE STING OPERATION.

MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT, THEN ASK THE VENDOR IF THEIR PACKS TO USA REQUIRE SIGNATURES, EVER, IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. (FOR THE EXACT SAME SHIPPING METHOD YOU CHOSE, UNTRACKED WORLD, TRACKED WORLD, ETC, FOR SHIPPING OPTION.

I reccomend NOT signing, just wait for it to get delivered, if anything, it should arrive with no manual intervention needed.

You need to get clarification if the vendor is the one who set the tracking, or if it's a sting operation.

Perseonally, I would avoid it, don't interact with the USPS or sign anything.... Take the loss, consider address burnt for at least 1 year...

Order from a new vendor, to a new address and new name. Preferably stick to domestic....

Posting from experience, not speculation. Nearly all of my international orders I had this exact same situation happen. At least with USPS, its not uncommon from my experience for you to receive this notification. IMO, nothing to be concerned about. Fedex and UPS packages are differently with international as long as they made it in the US you are good. The ones that run red flags are the ones that make it to your border and stop all updates with no seized letters in the mail afterwards. 6+ months can mean bring extra heat and possibly a raid depending on what they know and how much you are moving. I've received both. What triggers each I cant say for sure. IMO, if you are being watched, they will not give you any idea that it's happening.

Edit: For 1 Gram of anything they are not going to bother with you other than a seized letter. If you are involved in anything huge that warrants them to watch you, they certainly wouldn't tip you off with a Gram of anything by getting you to come and sign for it.

From my past experiences. Whenever I ordered a package with tracking. The mailman will leave a note to collect the parcel from the post office. I go to the post office with slip, sign, and collect my item. 1st 1Gram, 2nd 10G, 3rd 100G. This was back in 2019.

I don't need a new accnt, I have a 3 week chat log w/ the vendor prior to ordering stating it is tracked & me even stating, if it isn't tracked, don't accept my order.

I just don't know if DarkMatter will look at the chat log in a dispute or if they just look at the order correspondence.

Even if they do, in the order chat, the vendor states it's not tracked, then after a sig is required, states it is tracked...idk

now the vendor is saying, I'm trying to scam them by getting a refund and then going to collect from the PO. They state that's been done to them before.

If i end up having to dispute it, I'll be naming the vendor here, i just wanna give them a chance to own up to what was disussed

It sounds like they wern't honest with you. I'd name them to warn other of what to expect.

He argured till I had to dispute and decided it wasn't worth all the screen shots of him clearly being shady in our comms prior to purchase. Downright deceptive!

If when I have the energy and will to do so, I'll let everyone see exactly what was said verbaitim.

I was even willing to let him give half back or something...even tho he lied prior to purchase I could've gotten $100.

That and tho it wouldn've favored me, I didn't want DM admin to have to spend the time to sift thru all the BS to conclude the vendor simple lie and misrepresented his TOS
