The DNM Bible has a lot of labs but I'm wondering which of those quantify unknown amounts as well as identify them.
I'm sure this is wanted by those who want to know exactly how pure a substance they've obtained
If there are mutliple, which is safest for a user from the USA to use since you'll be sending drugs to them including shipping safety and other necessary opsec to make sure I can stay safe and unarrested sending it in for testing.

Testing services that quantify substance amounts?

We can test samples (www.nectarspectralabs.com) and will quantify the expected compound as well as other impurities/adulterants if we can identify.
Say for example you have a supposed amphetamine that you want quantified, but let´s say the sample has 4 different compounds. Let´s say it has amphetamine, caffeine, 1-PEA and a novel substance that hasnt been described in literature yet.
In this case a result could be for example:
Amphetamine sulfate 30%
Caffeine 50%
1-PEA 10%
Unidentified substance (minor)
If we could identify that unidentified substance, we could also probably quantify it via NMR, but without an identity we cannot quantify it because we need to know the molecular weight of the substance to calculate their amount based on integrating the peaks and comparing versus an internal standard. We do of course try to identify everything in the sample and generally do but sometimes there are unknowns which are very difficult to identify (due to being present in small amounts, having overlapping peaks that prevent a clear identification, etc) and the result will contain an "unidentified substance" mention...
As for sending the sample by mail, we are located in Spain but we regularly receive samples from the US without a problem. You can send in an unregistered letter with prepaid stamps, or you can send via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or whatever else and simply give a fake return address. I don´t know the laws where you are but we only require 20-100mg of the sample so it isn´t much, it´s not like you´re sending a huge amount that can call attention. And once the package is out of your hand, since it´s a fake return address you use, you are likely safe, the risk is more on the receiver but our analysis work is not illegal so it´s not a problem for us.
