what would you do if you order, lets say a 1/2 onion of something. you finally get it and then you bring it to your scale & it says 12.2 .

what would you do ?

would you write to the vendor 1st & see what they say, give them a chance.

or would you just write a review & say it on there / " good stuff but the dude frickin shorted me wtf!!"

I like to give everyone a chance & be cool,

but I wanna hear from you guys what the right way to go about this would be

anything helps:)

It depends on your goal really.

Are you trying to get your money back/the rest of the product, or do you just think it's a scam and want to warn others and cut your losses?

If you want to attempt to recover your money or get a reship then I suggest you be as polite as possible to the person who's holding it and if they're unresponsive be nice to the market admin and if that doesn't work be nice to the subtforum mods and see if they can help you.

But if you want to leave a bad review you should really just try communicating first because that's an important thing to be reviewing too. It could be a mixed up package, it could be their workers are fucking them over and they need to know, it could be your own mistake weighing it or if you had other hands touch the package before you received it. So to leave an honest review you need to see what the vendor does about it. Why leave a bad review if they reship for free and acknowledge their mistake, or refund you the difference? Just use common sense

I'd PM the vendor first.

wow that was definitely very well said man, shoot thank u 4 that.

Honestly ya I don't wanna be petty or anything. I'm not looking to get anything more than what I paid for. so like, if the vendor said something along the lines of "I'll send you that it was short" or even something like "my bad, if you order again remind me & I'll throw that on top" I'd be perfectly fine with that. I just know its always better to be upfront with people & if I wronged somebody knowingly/unknowingly I'd expect them to say something to me so we could figure it out.

I really just wanna see how dude handles it, I'm kinda not expecting anything really but just for myself I have to say something or I'll dwell on it forever & I'd just feel like a str8 bitch. The way I am it would be impossible for me to not say anything after I've been wronged. and your right, people have a lotgoing on in their own lives & shoot it prolly was on accident. w/e happens its all good either way.

ps hey seriously thank u alot for your response, that was a very balanced take, I appreciate it.

/d/superlist markets only. We do not endorse or suggest the use of independent escrow. Only market escrow. See /d/superlist.

Always contact vendor first don't leave bad review until you reach out cause more than likely he will fix it and bless you for not being a ass if then he doesn't respond or fix it then make a dispute every package I get I record me opening and weighing so I have some kind of proof so they can't say I tampered with it.

I don't know why I didn't think of that myself. I'm actually definitely gonna do that in the future just to save myself the headache.

Appreciate that idea mate.
