Should you just create a new private email every few years?

I just looked at "Have I been pwned" and every email that I've had for a few years has gotten pawned. It seems like every major app or website gets hit by hackers and the information gets stolen. It's literally not a question of if but when.

So do you just change up emails every few years. I guess changing up passwords and 2 factor auth is important too. Can reduce the potential bullshit you go through with these data breaches.

Just wondering if anyone's thoughts on this.

yes, it's actually recommend, the more you change the lesser they know about you, you can't build quite the profile
