Hello, i was looking to buy a sim card off of a gas station to start ordering drugs and at the same time the question is that if government is still able to trace my phone through the sim?
If they can, would it be possible for some opsec ass guide to make my Android Samsung turn into hard if not impossible untraceable phone? If yes please drop some suggestions!

alot of opsec with mobile devices is pretty simple it dont matter what phone.
1. Buy a 2nd hand phone cash.
2. Go buy a simcard cash.
3. Go somewhere else and buy a topup phone voucher.
4. Turn off your MAIN PHONE and put into a faraday bag if possible <<--- IMPORTANT.
5. Pick a random park bench away from cctv and put the SIM into the device, Topup then turn off.
6. Now feel free to use the device, always try to be in a different park or location when you use your device and if possible off camera.

Consider a good VPN like riseupvpn or bitmask or even mulled if you have some budget and you are probably fine if you dont make stupid mistakes
