Invites have not been made available for several years now, due to abuse. Riseup still asks for an invite if you try to sign-up for an account, but I don't know where you would get an invite from. Furthermore, if memory serves, invites are time-limited, meaning that anyone who might have had invites from before would likely be useless as they would have expired by now.
Thank you for this information. It is now almost impossible to access Riseup. That's disappointing.
