Deleting won't help, the guy's footprint is there already. Metadata and forensic pattern link to your device, email across devices, etc. Here is exactly what to do, If it is not that serious simply ignore it, but if it is that serious simply go to tforumites . com and get a guru to do a complete server flush, shred all metadata and all footprints and you will be completely off the hook.
yea those removed videos are easily recovered good luck.
They are are actually not deleted as it look.
the chats contain info about buying weed in bulk and some photos
theres no proof of me purchasing anything as i wasnt the one who paid for anything. i just gave drop addresses
you must be pretty dense to use snapchat for illegal activities. You cant even delete a whole chatlog there on your OWN end, so yeah you're cooked.
What country is this? They're not digging into your phone for a couple oz of weed unless he sold to an undercover/narc AND was using snap to communicate with said narc.
Other than that, they're not tryna get a warrant.
If he was communicating with a narc on snap, he's fuckin retarded

no, he hadnt even sold anything yet. he was just unlucky he got stopped in traffic due to something unrelated which wasnt the most ideal situatuion. they just have his device in custody, as for him, hes out but still under investigation.
this is in europe. weed isnt the highest severity here but can still land u in trouble if caught with enough (enough to assume supply)

Ahh, I'm guessing they took his passwords?
In America, we get busted with a few oz weed (most states they just take it and/or smoke it, some states let you keep it. The worst ones like Texas take you to jail) they usually give your phone back when you get released on bond with a court date, unless they have a warrant specifically to search your phone, they just turn it off (if they're nice enough, some are dicks too, and want it to be dead when you get out), but yeah it's like the clothes you wore in usually, unless they have some indication your phone was involved in a crime, of course
I only know the system here in the US. over here phone warrants are not standard with an arrest unless there's a reason they would believe the phone has evidence of a crime.
Can't really say in the UK. Here we usually get our phones back unless they think we ordered something off the dark web, or was texting with an undercover or something.
Here, If they do actually take it with a warrant, they basically know what they're gonna find already
