Hello everyone, I am from Ukraine, and i am a novice TOR user. I would like to request your assistance in setting up privacy for using services. Specifically, I would like to know how to configure PGP and use it, as well as how to conduct transaction on websites without compromising my data.

The main thing I need:
1. Which service to use for PGP, and how to configure it correctly.
2. What services do you use to protect privacy, such as VPN, email, and others?
3. What operating systems can be used? I use Whonix on Kicksecure. Is that good, or is there something better?
4. Are there any ways to check websites for legitimacy or scams?
I would appreciate your help and any additional advice.
Which service to use for PGP
None of them. Install proper software and learn to use it on /d/pgppractice.
You're already off to a great start by using Whonix with Kicksecure — that’s a strong privacy setup for a beginner.
For PGP, I recommend using GnuPG in the terminal rather than GUI apps like Kleopatra (they can sometimes glitch on privacy OSes). The community at /d/pgppractice is helpful for learning the basics.
As for checking website legitimacy:
– Stick to links from trusted sources like /d/DarknetMarketsNoobs or /d/OnionListing.
– Use multisig escrows or markets with active community feedback.
– If something feels off or has no reputation, avoid it.
For secure email, try proton.me or tuta.com, and only access them via Tor.
Stay safe and never reuse the same aliases or info across different accounts.

GPA comes on Whonix by default. I like am used to Kleo. You install "kleopatra" and "scdaemon" on your sysmaint account, or just stick with GPA.
I would be hesitant to recommend Proton or Tuta for Tor use. Proton has many known issues with giving info to feds, plus if I recall both services can have issues running on Tor. I recently signed up for a Morke account and so far it's not bad. No frills but it's designed to work on Tor and there's an onion link.
Good point — you're right that Proton has had some heat over the years, especially when users mix clearnet and Tor access without proper isolation. Tuta has improved Tor compatibility recently, but issues still pop up depending on the setup.
